China A Super Buffet in Rockport

I have family in Rockport and I insist we go to China A every time I visit. I’ve probably been here ten times since Hurricane Harvey. The food and service is always top notch. Especially the seafood! It’s so fresh and well prepared.I think some people are reluctant to give this place a five star rating because it doesn’t have servers with bow ties placing a cloth napkin on your lap (creepy). I give it 5 stars for consistency, variety, flavor, service, value and cleanliness.

We ordered takeout for our family of 6 and it was absolutely delicious. The food was fresh and a very reasonable price. They got the whole order correct, and that’s impressive for our crew. We will definitely be going back when we visit Rockport again.

This place is very nice. They are very attentive to your needs and the food is excellent. Very clean restaurant and restrooms. Prices are very reasonable and a great selection of different types of food and desserts. Will be back again.

Nice decorations. The art is beautiful. They didn't have a big selection, nor are they super clean. The food is okay. I only got 2 things which were the spicy chicken and ship and the lo mien. I went surfing loch so they were not crowded and I do not know how the dinner items taste but from my experience it was a 4 out of 10. The customer service, the items I liked and the decor, are the only reasons I would go here but still those are not good enough.

Always fast friendly service and decent prices for the large portion sizes!!

the food is really good, just got it. the portions are pretty good. its definelty better now than it was as a buffet. we also got two free sodas :)

Eat as slow as you want and as much as you want. The food is good and always fresh. Not great but good. It's easy to over eat. The staff has always been friendly.

Delicious Food...Love Their Sweet & Sour Sauce With Fried Wonton Strips And The BBQ Ribs...OMG I'm In Heaven

Stayed overnight in the area and was looking for a place to eat. The moo goo gai pan was excellent, I highly recommend it.
